摘要
企业高管胜任力评价问题的研究是当前企业界、学术界、社会界和政府界等关注的热点课题。针对现有研究的不足,本文构建了具有自适应确定网络结构和无需人为确定初始权值特点的径向基神经网络函数模型。运用该模型,通过对广东省企业高管胜任力基于MATLAB软件进行仿真计算和定量测度,以说明该模型的有效性、可靠性和实用性,本文的研究为企业高管胜任力评价提供了一种新模型和新方法,因此,具有较高的理论与应用价值。
The evaluation research of executive competence is hot topics to which the current business community, academia, the social sector and the government sector concern. This paper constructs an adaptive network structure by itself and a radial basis function model of neural network which is no artif;cial features of the initial weight value. This paper illustrates the model is effective and reliable and practicality by making a simulation and quantitative measurement of executive competence in Guangdong province based on MATLAB software through RBF model. This study provides a new model and new method, for the competency evaluation of Enterprise executives. There is a high theoretical and application value in this paper.
