摘要
高管是企业人力资本的关键要素。为了提升高管胜任能力,推动企业的持续创新与发展,本文从影响高管胜任能力的大量模糊指标出发,建立高管胜任能力评价指标体系,并借助ANP(网络层次法)与Fuzzy(模糊多层次评价法)的相关原理与方法,构建高管胜任能力评价模型,并将其进行案例应用,从而为企业高管的能力需求培训提供系统完整的参考框架,同时也为企业高管能力评价实务应用提供理论依据。
The executive is the key element of enterprise human capital. In order to enhance the executive competence, promote continuous innovation and development of enterprises, starting from the impact of executive competence of a large number of fuzzy index, the paper establishes a competency evaluation index system of management executives. By applying the principle and method of ANP(analytic network process) and Fuzzy(fuzzy multi hierarchy), the paper constructs a competency evaluation model, and applies it into a practical case, so as to provide a complete reference framework for needs of training senior executives and to offer a theoretical basis for the application of corporate executives' competency evaluation.
