摘要
2 0世纪 70年代胜任力概念被提出后 ,胜任力的研究就成为全球的焦点 ,胜任力理论和实践应用的影响与日俱增。本文阐述了胜任力的内涵和研究背景 ,综述了西方二十年来胜任力研究成果 ,并指出了当前胜任力研究的方向。
The whole world focused on the theory of competence after being proposed in the seventies of the 20th century. The influence of competence grows with each passing day. The article gives a summary about the achievement of competence research, competence practice and sets forth competence intention. The article also points out developing trend about competence research in the future.
