摘要
为给表皮细胞移植提供适宜的真皮成份从而重建皮肤的完整结构,采用含异体成纤维细胞的Ⅲ型胶原凝胶,与自体表皮细胞糊在异体皮保护下复合移植,治疗8例Ⅲ度烧伤创面.将其与邻近皮浆移植部位对照,结果创面愈合率无差异,柔韧度相似,但色素沉着少、色泽均匀.组织切片HE染色表明,新生皮肤具有全层表皮结构及真皮组织,但无任何皮肤附件;PAS染色、Gmri染色体及电镜观察可见比较完整的基底膜形成;电镜下可见较多的半桥粒.本方法具有在细胞水平复合移植修复大面积深度烧伤创面的发展前景.
In order to make alive corium in the grafting of epidermis cells and re-cultivate perfect skin, eight cases of the third degree burns were treated in the way of mixing grafting of third type collagen glue with allogenic fibroblast and autologous epidermal cells pasted under the protection of allogenic skin. Compared with the parts of skin pulp grafting, there was slightly pigmentation, even color and little spot in the skin, no difference in the heal rate and the clasticity. The biopsy showed that new-cultivated skin has nothing more than perfect epidermis and corium, the basilar membrane was visible in the PAS & Gomori chromosome. There was basal lamina and hemidesmosome under electronic microscope. This methodology would be practical and promising in the treatment of extensive and deep degree burns by mixing grafting of cells.
