摘要
目的 :观察汉防己甲素对成纤维细胞的生物学作用。方法 :通过对增生性瘢痕中的成纤维细胞进行培养 ,然后加入不同浓度的汉防己甲素 ,继续培养后观察成纤维细胞增殖和活力的变化。结果 :当汉防已甲素的浓度达到100mg/L时 ,抑制率达到了89.4 % ,细胞的活力也下降到对照组的38.5%。结论
Objective: To observe the effects of tetrandrine on fibroblasts clerived from hypertrophic scar.Methods:To add different dilution of tetrandrine to fibroblast cultivating,then observe the change of proliferation and activity of dehydrogenase in mitochondrion of fibroblasts.Results:Tetrandrine can inhibit proliferation of cells and activity of dehydrogenase in mitochondrion.Conclusion:Because the predominant matrix component in hypertrophic scar is synthesized by fiobroblasts ,so tetrandrine may have a good effects on treating patients suffering from hypertrophic scar.
