摘要
阿齐霉素片经硫酸显色后采用分光光度法测定其溶出度,测定波长482nm;线性范围:10~90μg/ml(n=5,r=0.9992);平均回收率99.4%(RSD=2.30%)。溶出度用转篮法测定,转速100r/min;溶出介质pH6.0磷酸盐缓冲液,45min的累积溶出度大于90%,不同批号阿齐霉素片溶出度测定结果重现性良好。
Determination of
AMT's dissolution by spectrophotometry which reacted with sulfuric acid at 482nm, rotation
method was used to study the dissolution, the rotative speed was 100 rpm/min and the
solvent was 900ml of pH6.0 phosphate buffer. The linear range of standard curve was 10 ̄90
μg/ml (r=0.9992, n=5 ). The average recovery of assay was 99.4%( RSD =2.3%). The
accumulative release rate was higher than 90% in 45min, the dissolution profiles were found to
be very good for different batches of AMT.
