摘要
采用不同发病机理的消化性溃疡模型，观察中药活血化瘀胶囊的抗溃疡作用。结果溃疡指数均能显著降低，对胃粘膜有明显保护作用，并可减少胃液分泌量，降低胃蛋白酶排出量；增加胃粘膜血流量，缩短出血时间；抑制醋酸引起的小鼠腹痛；
We have observed the anti ulcer function of capsule of
promoting blood circulation and dispersing blood stasis with the models of peptic ulcer caused
by different pathogenesis. The result showed that the medicine evidently reduces the indice of
various stomach ulcers stress ulcer, acetic acid ulcer, Reserpinum ulcer and alcohol ulcer, and
protects gastric juice and the output of pepsin, increase blood flow of the gastric mucous
membrane, shorten bleeding time, inhibit the pain of mice caused by acetic acid, ear swelling
of mice caused by xylene.
