摘要
目的:探讨健胃汤对大鼠实验性胃溃疡模型治疗作用及机理,为其临床应用提供科学依据。方法:选用SD雌雄大鼠,幽门结扎法手术造成胃溃疡模型,并随机分成给药组、对照组,观察其溃疡指数及胃分泌变化。结果:健胃汤组溃疡发生率,溃疡指数明显下降,胃液分泌量、胃总酸排出量和胃蛋白酶排出量均明显减少,分别与对照组相比,在统计学上有显著性差异。结论:健胃汤对幽门结扎法胃溃疡模型有明显保护作用,其作用机理可能是抑制胃液分泌,减少胃总酸量及胃蛋白酶排出量,从而达到保护胃的作用。
Objective:To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Jian Wei decoction on gastric ulcer,to provide scientific basis for clinical practice.Methods:Fed male and female SD rats of gastric ulcer model by ligation of pylorus,and was divided into therapeutic group and control group randomly,to observe the ulcer index and the change of gastric juice secretion. Results:The rate of ulcer occur,the index of ulcer,the amount of gastric juice secretion, total acid output and pepsin output decreased significantly of therapeutic group compare with control group,so it have significant difference in statistician.Conclusions:Jian Wei decoction have significant protection effect on gastric ulcer model by ligation of pylorus. Its therapeutic mechanism should be restrain gastric juice secretion, reduce total acid output and pepsin output,so to protect the stomach.
