摘要
目的观察三种中草药在单味和多味药组合下对结核分枝杆菌的抗菌活性。方法采用琼脂绝对浓度法,在罗氏培养基中加入蜈蚣1∶10;山楂1∶5;沙棘1∶5浓度的单味和蜈蚣山楂混合液1∶20;蜈蚣沙棘混合液1∶20;山楂沙棘混合液1∶10;蜈蚣山楂沙棘混合液1∶40的多味中草药,将结核分枝杆菌(H37RV株)接种在其表面,在37℃下培养一个月。并接种2支无药的罗氏培养基作为阴性对照。结果蜈蚣1∶10;山楂1∶5;沙棘1∶5有抑制结核菌生长作用;蜈蚣山楂混合液1∶20;蜈蚣沙棘混合液1∶20;山楂沙棘混合液1∶10;蜈蚣山楂沙棘混合液1∶40均有抑制结核分枝杆菌生长的作用。结论三种中草药在实验条件下均有抗结核分枝菌的作用,联合药效比单味药的作用更强。
Objective To explore the antibacterial effect of three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines in single or combination on Myco-bacterium tuberculosis. Methods The agar absolute concentration method was used. Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37 RV strains were cultured at 37 ℃ for a month in the Roche culture medium with different concentrations of single herb or multi-herb combination,while H37RV strains were cultured in the Roche culture medium without drugs as negative controls. Results The growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was inhibited by the centipede( diluted to 1∶ 10) ,the Hawthorn Fruit( diluted to 1∶ 5) and the Seabuckthorn Fruit( diluted to 1∶ 5) ,and it was inhibited also by the mixture of centipede-Hawthorn Fruit( diluted to 1∶ 20) ,the mixture of centipede-Seabuckthorn Fruit( diluted to 1∶ 20) ,the mixture of Hawthorn-Seabuckthorn Fruit( diluted to 1∶ 10) and the mixture of centipede-Hawthorn-Seabuckthorn Fruit( diluted to 1∶ 40) . Conclusion The growth of Mycobacterium tuberculosis could be inhibited by the centipede,the Hawthorn Fruit and the Seabuckthorn Fruit in alone or combination,and the effect of multi-herb combination is more better than that of single herb.
