摘要
结核病疫情日益严重,尤其是耐药结核分枝杆菌的出现,使抗结核化疗药物面临严峻的挑战。开发毒副作用小且不易产生耐药性的抗结核中药有着广阔的前景。本文综述了近年来抗结核中药研究领域开发的疗效较好的单味抗结核中药和复方制剂。
The epidemic situation of tuberculosis is more and more severe, especially drug-resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis make antituberculous chemical drug facing grim challenge. There is a broad prospects in exploiting antituberculous Chinese medicine with little side-effect and little drug-resistant. This article summarizes s single medicinal herbs and compound medicinal herbs with some good curative effect in the antituberculous Chinese medicine field, in recent years.
