摘要
目的观察中药对结核分枝杆菌的抗菌活性。方法将结核分枝杆菌(H37RV株)分别接种在含中药的培养基(药物浓度体积比分别为1∶5,1∶10,1∶20,1∶40,1∶80)和含链霉素的培养基(浓度分别为200000,20000,2000,200,20μg/mL),在37℃下培养30 d,进行罗氏比例法药敏检测。同时接种2支无药的罗氏培养基作为阴性对照。结果中药复方混合液药物浓度体积比为1∶5时对结核分枝杆菌具有杀菌作用,1∶10时具有抑菌作用。结论中药复方在试验条件下对结核分枝杆菌具有明显的抗菌活性。
Objective To observe the anti-tμberculosis effect of Chinese herbal medicines(CHMs)against Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods M.tuberculosis(H37RV strain)was inoculated on the surface of CHMscontaining(volume ratio of drug concentration including 1∶5,1∶10,1∶20,1∶40,1∶80)and streptomycincontaining(drug concentration including 200000,20000,2000,200,20μg/mL)modified Roche medium,respectively,and incubated at 37°C for 30 d.Roche proportional method was used to detect drug sensitivity.Two drug-free Roche cultμre media were inoculated as negative controls.Results The CHMs mixture with volume ratio of drug concentration of 1∶5 had a bactericidal effect on M.tμberculosis,and CHMs mixture with volume ratio of 1∶10 had a bacteriostatic effect.Conclusion CHMs had an obvious antibacterial effect against M.tμberculosis in vitro.
