摘要
目的观察子宫内膜癌患者血清脂联素水平的变化,并探讨其意义。方法 ELISA法测定64例子宫内膜癌及25例正常对照者的血清脂联素。结果正常对照者及子宫内膜癌患者血清脂联素水平分别为(13.33±5.61)、(8.20±4.17)mg/L,两者相比,P<0.01;多因素回归分析显示,血清脂联素水平降低是子宫内膜癌发病的独立危险因素(P<0.01,OR=0.824);不同分期及不同分化程度的子宫内膜癌患者血清脂联素水平相比,P均<0.05。结论子宫内膜癌患者血清脂联素水平降低,是子宫内膜癌发病的独立危险因素。
Objective To explore the change and significance of serum adiponectin level in patients with endometrial carcinoma（EC）.Method Serum adiponectin level of 64 cases with EC（group EC） and 25 cases of healthy controls（group NE） was determined by ELISA.Results Serum adiponectin were（13.33±5.61）mg/L and（8.20±4.17）mg/L in group NE and group EC respectively.Serum adiponectin level of group EC were significantly lower than those of group NE（P〈0.01）.Lower adiponectin was risk factor independent of EC（P〈0.01,OR=0.824）.Serum adiponectin showed negative correlation with pathologic findings such as tumor stages and grades（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion Serum adiponectin level of EC is lower,this is independent factor of EC.
