摘要
子宫内膜癌为女性生殖道常见三大恶性肿瘤之一,该病的病因和发病机制尚未阐明。流行病学调查显示该病与内外源性雌激素、肥胖、高血压、糖尿病、生活方式等因素有关,限定这些危险因素可为子宫内膜癌的预防提供可靠的理论依据。
Endometrial cancer(EC) is one of 3 common malignant tumors of female reproductive tracts.The causes and pathogeneses of this disease have not been illuminated clearly so far.Epidemiological researches have shown that endometrial cancer is associated with endo-or exo-genous estrogens,obesity,hypertension,diabetes mellitus and life styles,etc.Restricting these risk factors will be a reliable theoretical basis for EC prevention.
