精密光学元件冲击试验台夹具设计

摘要 冲击强度试验是精密光学元件可靠性试验中最关键的项目之一,而试验专用夹具对试验结果起着决定性影响。本文通过对冲击试验原理和精密光学元件冲击试验要求的分析,设计了强度冲击试验专用夹具。利用有限元软件Hypermesh和ANSYS Workbench完成了夹具的强度计算以及模态分析,计算结果满足设计指标的要求。利用所设计的冲击试验台对精密光学元件进行了冲击试验,试验结果满足精密光学元件冲击强度试验所需环境的要求,从而验证了计算结果的可靠性。 The impact strength test is one of the most critical items in the reliability test of precision optical compo-nents. And the special fixture for test plays a decisive influence on the test results. In this paper, a special fixture for impact strength test is designed after the analysis of the principle of impact test and the requirements of precision opti-cal components. The strength calculation and modal analysis of the fixture are taken with the finite element software Hypermesh and ANSYS Workbench. The results meet the requirements of the design specifications. The impact test for precision optical components is completed with designed impact test bench, and the test results meet the requirements of necessary environment for impact strength test of precision optical components, which verifies the reliability of the analysis results.
