液压支架立柱在冲击载荷作用下的特性研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对液压支架立柱受采场冲击载荷易于损坏的问题,建立了双伸缩立柱的冲击模型,推导了立柱的主振动方程和立柱内液体的运动方程,在此基础上,通过Solid Works软件建立三维模型,在Workbench软件中搭建了立柱-重锤冲击模型,通过多个软件间的联合仿真,得到了立柱整体及各个缸体的总变形、Y轴方向变形、等效应力和等效应变,得出冲击对二级缸的破坏性明显大于一级缸,二级缸的最大等效应变达0.45%,冲击对二级缸的破坏性最大,在立柱设计时,二级缸应采用材质好、硬度大的材料。 According to the problem that hydraulic support column is prone to damage by stope impact load, the impact of the double telescopic column model is established. Columns of the main vibration equation was deduced and the equation of motion of the liquid in the column. On the basis of the situation, three-dimensional model in SolidWorks was building and the hammer shock, model was established in Workbench. Through multiple software co-simulation between the uprights to give the total deformation and overall each cylinder, Y-axis direction deformation, equivalent stress and equivalent strain, obtained on the secondary cylinder devastating impact significantly greater than one cylinder, two-cylinder maximum equivalent strain of 0.45% .The most cylinder. In a second cylinder pillar design, good material, high hardness damage materials of impact is double should be adopted.
