摘要
着重阐述以完善乡村卫生一体化体制机制建设为出发点和主体思路根本解决乡村医生队伍建设问题的路径,包括以乡村卫生一体化管理模式选择为前提,充分考虑人力资源结构复杂的难点,以及构建与乡村一体化内涵有机整合的激励制度。
Township-village integrate management is an important practicing environment for village doctors. This paper illustrated the way of basically solving the issue from a perspective of perfecting the system and mechanism of town- ship-village integrate management, with special focus on its model selection, enough consideration of complex structure of human resource, as well as the design of incentive system in line with inner components of township-village integration.
