摘要
目的:评价实施镇村一体化管理在社区高血压病防治中的作用。方法:对原有的1个社区卫生服务中心、3个社区卫生服务站、15个村卫生室实施镇村一体化管理模式,实施前后对纳入管理的高血压患者高血压防治相关知识、态度、行为、满意度等方面进行调查。结果:实施镇村一体化管理后,高血压病防治管理队伍人员优化、业务管理规范化,管理质量和满意度都有所提高,体现为高血压患者高血压防治知识知晓率有所提高,态度与行为方面除吸烟外均有改善,血压控制情况有一定程度提升。结论:镇村一体化管理对社区高血压病防治起到了积极的推动作用。
Objective： To evaluate the role of the implementation of the integrated town-village manage＇ment in the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the community. Methods： Integrated management mode were implemented to the original one community health service center, three community service stations and 15 village clinics. The related knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, satisfactory degrees of hypertension patients were surveyed before and after the implemention of the new management mode. Results. After the implementation of the integrated town-village management, the management team personnel in the prevention and treatment of hypertension had been optimized, business management had been standardized, and the management quality and satisfac- tion degrees had been improved. It reflected that the awareness rate, attitudes and behaviors （ex- cept smoking） of the patients in the prevention and treatment of hypertension had been improved, and the control of hypertension had also been improve to a certain degree. Conclusion： The town-village integrated management has played a positive role in promoting the prevention and treatment of community hypertension management.
