摘要
目的:调查分析大连市某区乡村医生队伍稳定与发展情况,为相关卫生决策提供建议。通过问卷调查法、访谈法和文献分析法等方法发现问题:乡村医生队伍稳定性较差、发展空间较小,待遇和保障水平较低。结论:应稳固乡医队伍,加强待遇及保障,完善培训,使其得到发展的机会。
Objective To analyze the stability and development of village doctors in China and offer adviees for policies-mak- ing. Method Questionnaire method, interviewing method, documentation method, and descriptive statistical analysis have been used. Results The stability of village doctors team is poor, the development of the space is less, while pay and security level is low. Conclusion Making village doctors team firmed, strengthening their pay and security, improving the training and making they have the opportunity to develop.
