摘要
介绍了排气式双螺杆挤出机在苯乙烯-马来酸酐无规共聚物(R-SMA)中试脱挥装景中的应用,针对本体聚合体系粘度高的特点,排气式双螺杆挤出机发挥了其独特的作用。文中就脱挥工艺及双螺杆的结构对脱挥的影响进行了讨论,在一定的工艺条件下可得到苯乙烯残留单体量低于1 000 μg/g的SMA产品。
The vented twin - screw extruder was employed in random styrene - maleic anhydride copolymer (R - SMA) pilot plant to perform the devolatilization. The extruder played a special role in processing this bulk polymerization system with high viscosity. The influences of the process conditions and structure of the extruder on the devolatilization efficiency was discussed. The R - SMA product contained low content of residual styrene (less than 1 000 μg/g) was obtained under proper operational conditions.
