摘要
聚丙烯制品在使用中出现了不同程度的气味问题,降低了其安全性和适用性,普遍认为导致聚丙烯制品异味的主要物质是低分子挥发性物质.对聚丙烯的生产,粒料的贮存、运输以及制品的加工3个环节中低分子挥发性物质的产生原因分别进行了讨论,并概述了添加脱挥设备、优化添加剂及辅助材料、采用吸附的方法等控制措施.
Odor problems of different degrees occurred in the use of polypropylene products,which reduces the safety and applicability.It is generally believed that the smell of polypropylene products is mainly produced from low molecule volatile substances.The causes of low molecule volatile substances were discussed from three sections for each other,such as PP production,pellet PP storage,transportation and products processing.Control measures were summarized in additions devolatilization equipment,optimization of additive and auxiliary materials,method of adsorption.
