摘要
以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)为主要原料,添加增韧剂及润滑剂等共混,获得透明且性能优异的合金材料。考察了PMMA和SMA的添加比例、增韧剂种类及其比例以及润滑剂的影响。结果表明,SMA的增加能有效提高材料的热变形温度;通过调整PMMA/SMA比例使其折射率与增韧剂匹配时,透明度最好;增韧剂为甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)且其粒径为300 nm左右时,材料的透明度和性能最均衡,随着MBS含量增加,材料的韧性升高,透明度和热变形温度降低;低分子润滑剂的适量加入可以提高材料的透光率。
Taking polymethyl methacrylate( PMMA) and polystyrene-maleic anhydride( SMA) as the main materials, toughening agents and lubricant were added to obtain transparent alloy with excellent properties by blending. The effects of PMMA and SMA addition amounts, toughening agent types and proportions,and lubricant addition amounts were investigated. The results show that the addition of SMA can effectively improve the thermal deformation temperature of the material. The transparency is the best when the refractive index of PMMA/SMA is match with the toughening agent. The transparency and performance of the compounds are the most balanced when the toughening agent is methyl methacrylate-butadiene-styrene copolymer( MBS) with the particle size of 300 nm. As the increase of the contents for MBS,its toughness could increase while transparency and thermal deformation temperature could decrease. Besides the transmittance of this blend could be improved by adding small molecular lubricants.
