排气式双螺杆挤出机中，设计有多个专门排气的系统，把聚酯在挤出机中熔融过程分离出来的水分和低分子挥发物全部排走，可以省略常规聚酯薄膜生产线中的聚酯切片结晶干燥工序，因此可大大节省建设投资．还可以显著提高产品质量．增加生产效益．这项新技术已在杭州大华塑业有限公司投产运行．
In the exhaust- type double - screw extruder, several exhausting systems are specially designed for sucking out all moisture and low-molecular volatile matter separated during the PET melting course in the extruder, thus eliminate the crystallizing-drying process which is indispensable in the traditional production technology of PET film. This results in a considerable saving of investment,and a significant improvement of product quality and production efficiency.This new technology is already put into production running in Hangzhou Dahua Plastics Industry Co. Ltd.
