摘要
以2万m3立式锥顶储罐为研究对象,针对API 650—2008《钢制焊接油罐》、GB 50341—2003《立式圆筒形钢制焊接油罐设计规范》和SH3046—92《石油化工立式圆筒形钢制焊接储罐设计规范》标准设计的弱顶结构,采用有限元法进行储罐应力分析和稳定性计算,得到3种标准设计的弱顶结构在满罐和空罐工况下的强度破坏压力、失稳破坏内压,并与API 650—2008《钢制焊接油罐》公式计算的破坏内压进行了对比,最大误差低于63 Pa,为评价3种标准设计的弱顶结构破坏形式提供了依据。
Example for 2×104 m3 vertical cone-roof oil tank,aim at weak-proof design of API 650—2008 《Welded Steel Tank for Oil Storage》,GB 50341—2003 《Design Criteria of Vertical and Cylindrical Welded Steel Tank for Oil Storage》,SH 3046—92 《Petrochemical Design Criteria of Vertical and Cylindrical Welded Steel Tank for Oil Storage》,the stress analysis and buckling analysis by FEM were received the different intensity-break pressure and buckling-break pressure among three criterion on empty tank and full tank.The results being compared with theory formula of API 650—2008,the maximum difference was bellow 63 Pa.This numerical value provided theory evidence for weak-proof forms in three criterions.
