光热电站熔盐储罐罐顶排板设计优化 被引量:1

Optimization of the Design of the Row Plate on the Roof of Molten Salt Storage Tanks

摘要 在光热发电领域,熔盐储罐可确保不同时间段电力的稳定输出,而在熔盐储罐整体设计中,顶板的优化显的尤为重要,对整体外观和材料数量都有严格的要求。为了解决采用传统计算方法中存在的钢板不够或过剩等不利因素,从而耽搁施工进程或浪费材料问题,针对球缺弧长直接计算法,根据实际工程要求及相关规范对"人"字形排板的设计进行优化,提出以储罐罐顶弧长为依据,对敷设钢板的尺寸进行计算,并现场切割。结果表明:基于球缺弧长计算的罐顶钢板尺寸,可降低成本,提高施工效率,缩短工程周期,实现了高精度的储罐顶板材料放样。 In the field of solar thermal power generation,molten salt storage tank can ensure the stable output of power in different periods,which plays an indispensable role.In the overall design of molten salt storage tank,the optimization of the roof is particularly important,and there are strict requirements for the overall appearance and the quantity of materials.In order to solve the unfavorable factors such as insufficient or excessive steel plates in the traditional calculation method,which delays the construction process or wastes materials,herringbone plate is optimized according to the actual engineering requirements and related specifications based on the direct calculation method of the spherical arc length.It is proposed to calculate the size of the laid steel plate based on the arc length of the tank roof and cut it on site.The results show that the size of the tank roof steel plate calculated based on the arc length of spherical segment can reduce the cost,improve the construction efficiency,shorten the engineering cycle,and achieve the high-precision tank roof material lofting.
