摘要
传统的船用燃料储罐安全性评价方法受到影响因素多的影响,导致安全性评价准确性低,为此设计一个基于层次分析方法的船用燃料储罐安全性评价方法。首先从主要影响燃料储罐安全的因素出发,提出相应的评价指标,然后确定了指标的权重,并对几个指标进行单独分析。最后建立综合评价模型对评价指标进行综合评价,完成基于层次分析方法的船用燃料储罐安全性评价方法。实验结果表明,所研究的评价方法提高了评价准确性,并减少了评价时间,满足了燃料储罐安全性评价方法的设计需求。
The traditional safety evaluation methods of marine fuel storage tanks are affected by many influencing factors, resulting in low accuracy of safety evaluation. For this reason, a safety evaluation method of marine fuel storage tanks based on the analytic hierarchy process is designed. The article first starts from the main factors affecting the safety of fuel storage tanks, proposes corresponding evaluation indicators, then determines the weights of the indicators, and analyzes several indicators separately, and finally establishes a comprehensive evaluation model to comprehensively evaluate the evaluation indicators. In this way, the safety evaluation method of marine fuel storage tanks based on the analytic hierarchy process is completed. The experimental results show that the studied evaluation method improves the evaluation accuracy, reduces the evaluation time, and meets the design requirements of the fuel storage tank safety evaluation method.
