摘要
肿瘤及免疫抑制剂均可导致免疫力低下 ,表现为免疫球蛋白 Ig G、 Ig M等水平降低。二味康口服液用于治疗由肺瘤及环磷酰胺引起的免疫球蛋白减少的小鼠 ,结果表明 ,治疗 15 d后 ,低下的 Ig G及 Ig M水平明显升高 (P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。正常大鼠大剂量服用该药后 ,亦可见球蛋白水平升高。实验结果提示 ,二味康口服液能增强免疫功能且通过该作用达到治疗肿瘤及免疫力低下引起的其他疾病 。
Erweikang oral solution (EOS) was used to treat the mice with lower immunoglobulin level caused by pulmonary tumor and cyclophosphamide. The results showed that EOS could raise the lower IgG and IgM level significantly within 15 days. The globulin level of normal rats was promoted after using EOS in a large dosage. The results suggested that EOS can enhance immunologic function to treat tumor or other diseases, and strengthen defence competence of body.
