摘要
近年来国内外发明了多种填料，如清华大学ＱＨ１、ＱＨ２填料具有较高萃取效率，可提高１～２个理论板，处理量、收率提高，能耗下降。另外三效蒸发、两段抽提、双溶剂萃取、抗氧剂、变频技术及先进控制技术如ＤＣＳ应用都可提高装置操作水平。
Some kinds of pakings have been invented inside and outside China in recent years,such as QH 1,QH 2 packings from Qinghua University,which can improve theoretical plate number 1 to 2,with higher extraction effect.And their treating capacity and yield were increased and the energy consumption was reduced.In addition,three stage evaporation,two stage extraction,double solvent extraction,oxidation inhibitor,variable frequency technology and advanced control technique(for example DCS)also can improve the unit's operating level.The technique status and available measures for increasing benefit in solvent refining unit in recent years were described in details.
