摘要
以糠醛为溶剂对抚顺石油一厂减五线馏分油溶剂精制的抽出油进行抽提,制备了橡胶填充油。考察了抽提温度和剂油质量比对产物收率和质量的影响。研究结果表明,当剂油质量比一定时,温度升高,产物收率上升,芳烃含量下降;当温度一定时,随着剂油质量比的增大,产物收率上升,而芳烃含量先上升后下降。综合考虑产物质量和收率,本实验范围内较适宜的操作条件为:抽提温度80℃,剂油质量比3.0。在此条件下,产物收率为63%,芳烃含量为58.84%。
A rubber filling oil was was from the equipment of refining prepared by extracting a extract oil using furfural as solvent, where the extract oil lubricant oil by solvent. The influences of temperature and the mass ratio of solvent to oil on the yield and quality of the product were investigated. The results showed that the yield of the product was increased and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon was decreased with the increase of temperature, and the yield of the product was increased and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon was firstly increased and then was decreased with the increase of the mass ratio of solvent to oil. All - around the quality and the yield of product, the optimum experimental operation conditions were determined, i. e., extracting temperature 80℃, the mass ratio of solvent to oil 3.0. The yield was 63% and the content of aromatic hydrocarbon was 58.84% under above conditions.
