用糠醛与环氧氯丙烷双溶剂精制润滑油馏分 被引量:2

Refine lubricating oil fraction using furfural and epichlorohydrin as bi-solvent

摘要 以糠醛、糠醛与环氧氯丙烷的混合溶剂,分别对大庆石化公司炼油厂润滑油馏分进行精制实验,比较各种溶剂的精制效果以及达到相同精制效果时溶剂精制温度的差异和精制油收率的变化.结果表明,糠醛与环氧氯丙烷以1∶1的体积比混合的双溶剂在精制过程中效果最好,该溶剂可以在低于糠醛精制温度20~30℃下进行溶剂抽提精制,精制油的粘度指数提高了4~6倍,收率提高了5%~10%.不仅降低了精制温度,提高了精制油的收率,而且降低了溶剂回收过程的能耗与剂耗. Using furfural and epichlorohydrin to do an experiment on refining lubricating oil distillate from refinery plant of Daqing petrochemical company respectively.By comparing the refining results of both solvents,by comparing the change of refining oil yield,by comparing the difference of mixed temperature of solvent and distillate.The result shows that the ratio of volume of furfural and epichlorohydrin at 1∶1 is preponderant in refining process.Lubricating oil distillate with this bisolvent can be refined at lower than 30 ℃ than that with furfural refining. At the same ratio of the solvent to the oil, V1 value of refining oil increase 4-6 times, and the yield of oil product is increased by 5%-10%. Percent not only the temperature is lower, and the extraction yield of refining oils is increased, but also the solvent consumption and energy cost in the course of refining and reclaiming can be decreased.
