摘要
兰州炼油化工总厂N-甲基吡咯烷酮溶剂精制装置萃取塔填料由乱堆填料改为以规整填料为主的复合填料,填料层数由8层增加到10层,填料总高度由12.5m增加到17.0m,使理论段数和通量提高。改后装置加工能力由上年度180.6kt/a提高到218.7kt/a,能耗由1530.27MJ/t下降到1327.22MJ/t,溶剂消耗由0.79kg/t下降到0.52kg/t,经济效益为682.75万元/a,投资回收期仅0.097年。
The extraction tower of the solvent refining unit at Lanzhou Petroleum Processing and Chemical Complex was revamped. The jumbled packing was replaced by complex packing which mainly consisted of regular packing. The packing layers increased from 8 to 10, and the overall packing height increased from 12.5 m to 17.0 m, thus the theoretical stages and flux were increased. The throughput was increased from 180.6 kt/a to 218.7 t/a; the energy consumption was decreased from 1 530.27 MJ/t to 1 327.22 MJ/t; and the solvent consumption also reduced from 0.79 kg/t to 0.52 kg/t after revamping.
