摘要
目的观察癌症病人化疗前含漱别嘌呤醇液有否预防氟脲嘧啶（５－ＦＵ）合用醛氢叶酸（ＣＦ）化疗引起口腔炎的效果。方法４３４例恶性肿瘤患者随机分成两组，一组在ＣＦ＋５－ＦＵ化疗前一周连续含漱别嘌呤醇液；另一组单用ＣＦ＋５－ＦＵ作为对照组。结果含漱别嘌呤醇液组发生口腔炎为９．５％，对照组３３．８％，口腔炎发生率预防组显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论ＣＦ＋５－ＦＵ化疗前含漱别嘌呤醇液有肯定的预防口腔炎效果。
Objectives To evaluate the effect of allopurinol on the prevention of stamatitis induced by chemotherapy with 5-FU. Methods Four handreds thirty four patients with malignent tumor were randomly into two groups. One group (221 cases) gargled with allopurinol for six days before chemotherapy with CF+5FU (preventive group), another group (213 cases) was as control group that was only received 5-FU+CF. Results The rate of stamatitis of chemotherapy of the group that gargled with allopurinol was 9.5%, and that was 33.8% in control group (P<0.01) On the degree of stamatitis, the preventive group was slighter than control group. Conclusions Gargle of allopurinol before chemotherapy can prevent stamatitis induced by 5-FU.
