摘要
目的探讨5-FU持续48 h静脉灌注联合顺铂治疗晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效和不良反应。方法全组病例采用甲酰四氢叶酸钙(CF)200 mg/m2静滴,5-FU 0.5 g于CF滴至一半时静脉推注,接着5-FU3.0 g/m2持续静脉灌注48 h,在整个5-FU灌注过程中每6小时口服安曲希片75 mg,共7次,每例患者均联合使用顺铂30 mg连用5 d,所有患者均接受4个疗程以上的化疗。结果CR 2例,PR 15例,NC 18例,PD17例,总有效率为32.69%。主要不良反应为外周静脉炎、口腔黏膜炎、腹泻、恶心和呕吐、骨髓抑制和脱发等。结论5-FU持续48 h静脉灌注联合顺铂治疗晚期鼻咽癌的近期疗效优越,且不良反应轻。
Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy and toxicity of cisplatin combined with 48 hours continuous infusion 5-FU on the treatment of advanced nampharyngel carinoma. Methods In all cases,CF 200mg/ m^2 pluse 5-FU 0-5g was injected, and after that ,5-FU 4.5g was infused in 48 hours. Antrets 75rag（15mg/tablet） were fed every 6 hours by 7 times during the infusion. Cisplatin 30mg was used from lrd day to 5th day. All cases received no less than 4 courses treatment. Results It showed that CR 2,PR 15, NC 18,PD 17 cases with an overall effective rate of 32.69 %. The main side effects included peripheral hlebitis, mucositis, mucositis, diarrhoea, nausea and vomiting, neutropenia,alopecia and so on. Conclusion Cisplatin combined with 48 hours continuous infusion 5- FU on the treatment of advanced nasopharyngel carinoma is efficient and the toxicity is able to tolerable,which can be practiced safely.
