摘要
目的:观察复方葛根散对急性酒精中毒小鼠模型的解酒作用,探讨复方葛根散对急性酒精中毒小鼠的解酒作用及其保护机制,为治疗急性酒精中毒的临床用药提供实验依据。方法:采用15 mL/Kg体重56°红星二锅头酒一次性灌胃法建立小鼠醉酒模型,以复方葛根散高中低三种剂量进行预防性干预,观察对小鼠醉酒率和醉酒时间的影响;以复方葛根散高中低三种剂量进行治疗性干预,观察对急性酒精中毒小鼠醒酒时间和死亡率的影响。结果:①与模型组比较,复方葛根散高、中、低剂量组预防性给药可明显降低小鼠醉酒率(P<0.05),延长醉酒时间(P<0.01);②与模型组比较,复方葛根散高、中、低剂量组治疗性给药可明显降低小鼠死亡率(P<0.05或P<0.01),缩短醒酒时间(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:复方葛根散饮酒前给药可降低醉酒率,延长醉酒时间;饮酒后给药可缩短醒酒时间,降低死亡率,具有显著解酒促醒作用。
Objective：To explore antialcoholism effects of compound Gegen powder on acute alcoholism and its protective mechanism,by observation of the mice model of acute alcoholism,providing experimental basis for clinical medication on acute alcoholism.Methods： Alcohol was perfused to establish the mice model of acute alcoholism,preventing treatment was undertaken with high,moderate,low-dose of compound Gegen powder,observing its effect on ebriety rate and ebriety time;therapeutic treatment was undertaken with high,moderate,low-dose of compound Gegen powder,observing its effect on sober-up time and mortality rate.Results：1） Compared with model control group,the ebriety rate of compound Gegen powderhigh-dose,moderate-dose,low-dose group were decreased（P0.05）,and the ebriety time were longer（P0.01）after preventing treatment;2） Compared with model control group,therapeutic treatment of compound Gegen powder with high-dose,moderate-dose,and low-dose significantly decreased morality rate and shortened sober-up time.Conclusion： Compound Gegen powder could decrease ebrity rate and prolong ebriety time before drinking;compound Gegen powder could shorten sober-up time and decrease morality rate after drinking,to prevent ebrity effectively.
