摘要
酒精中毒是严重的全球公共卫生问题,受到社会各界的广泛关注。由于伦理问题,酒精中毒研究主要采用啮齿动物模型。酒精中毒机制复杂,主要研究方向包括行为学、病理学和基因学三类,因此涉及的研究方法众多,而且科技的不断进步使基因表达谱分析、流式细胞术等高通量、自动化的方法逐渐广泛应用于酒精中毒研究。目前,随着对酒精中毒研究的深入,传统的行为表观学等方法已不能完全满足科研需求,急性到慢性酒精摄入的研究重心也逐渐聚焦到mRNA及蛋白表达水平,因此适用于复杂疾病性状研究的基因学方法愈发受到关注。
Alcoholism is a serious global public health problem that has received widespread attention from society.Due to ethical issues,alcoholism researches mainly adopt the rodent models.The alcoholism research direction is approximately divided into three categories：ethology,pathology and genetics,involving kinds of methods.Meanwhile,with the progress of science and technology,high-throughput and automated methods have been widely used in the study of alcoholism,such as gene expression profile analysis and flow cytometry.At present,with the deepening of the research on alcoholism,the traditional behavioral epigenetic method cannot fully meet the needs of the scientific research,acute and chronic alcohol intake research is gradually focusing on the mRNA and protein expression level,so genomics methods,suitable for complex disease traits,are receiving increasing attention.
