摘要
探讨生产混纺竹节纱织物的技术要点。针对经纱为Tencel棉混纺竹节纱和Tencel涤混纺竹节纱、纬纱为纯棉精梳纱和棉绢丝混纺纱的破斜纹织物在生产中出现的问题,浆纱生产中两种成分的经纱需要分层,并用较明显的易退色的颜色加以区分;合理选用筘号及每筘穿入数,织造时要仔细检查穿错混层疵点,合理选择主喷嘴压力和辅喷嘴压力。通过采取以上措施,使得织机效率高达88%以上,坯布下机一等品率达95%以上。
Technology key points of producing blended slub yarn fabric were discussed. Tencel cotton blended slub yarn and Tencel polyester blended slub yarn were selected as warp,pure cotton combed yarn and cotton spun silk blended yarn were selected as weft to produce broken twill fabric. According to the problems in producing the broken twill fabric warp was divided into two layers and dyed into different color which is easy to be faded. Reed number and reed-in number were selected rationally, in weaving wrong reed-in defect should be detected carefully, main jet nozzle and auxiliary jet nozzle were selected correctly. Through adopting the above measures, loom efficiency could reach above 88% , first grade product before repairing could reach above 95%.
