摘要
竹节纱结构独特,品种多样,在纺织服装领域得到了广泛的应用。为方便竹节纱的生产管理,在现有的竹节纱生产装置单机控制的基础上,利用计算机技术、串口通信技术等,设计出一种竹节纱生产的网络监控系统,将竹节纱生产装置用RS-422网络连接起来,用一台主控计算机进行监控,可以查看车间内各台机器的生产工艺参数,并可对其实时设置修改,实现了网络化管理。
Featuring unique structure and diversified varieties, slub yarns are widely used in textile and apparel production. To make the production management easy, a network-based production monitoring system is developed by introducing computer technology and serial communication technology to the existing microprocessor control. All the slub yam production machines are connected via RS-422 network and thus can be monitored by a central computer. Production parameters of all the machines in the workshop can be set, modified and retrieved on the central computer.
