摘要
为了进一步提高织机的织造效率及产品质量水平,通过分析织造过程中经纱承受的摩擦,认为梭口后部停经架前经纱与经纱间的摩擦对织造的影响最大。为此,设计了一种专利综丝,把同页综经纱进行分层,有效减轻了经纱与经纱的摩擦。在有梭织机、无梭织机上采用相同工艺条件织造同品种的平纹织物和斜纹织物,进行了专利综丝的替换试验。结果为采用专利综丝比普通综丝织造效率普遍提高5%。经计算,采用专利综丝虽然增加了成本,但也增加了产量及利润,投资回收率高。
To enhance weaving efficiency and product quality, the friction of warp in weaving was analyzed, anti the analyses shows that the influence on weaving of the warp friction between back shed and before stop rod was more. A kind of new patent heddle was designed, it can divide warp to two layers, so the warp frietion was softened. Weaving plain fabric and twills of the same variety in the same processing in shuttle loom and shuttleless loom, the substitute test of patent heddle was done. The test shows that the weaving efficiency of patent heddle can enhance 5% than that of norreal heddle. Although adopting patent heddle increases the cost, but it increases the output and profit, and the invention benefit is also higher.
