校长由普通管理者成长为教育家的过程,是其不断丰富办学经验、完善办学思想、取得办学成就、积累专业声望、收获专业荣誉的过程;"成才"为校长从普通教育工作者走向教育家奠定了基础,"成名"是校长由优秀教育工作者走向教育家的转折期,"成家"是校长作为学校管理者长期富有成效的专业实践的收获期;内驱力是校长成长为教育家的力量源泉,个性品质是校长成长为教育家的重要影响因素,适宜的外部环境有利于校长教育家的成长。对校长教育家成长机制的系统分析,有助于揭示学校管理者持续不断的专业化在促进教育发展和管理者个人发展方面蕴含的巨大价值和潜力。
The way of a principal from a general governor to be an educator is the process for a principal to continually enrich school-running experience, optimize school-running thoughts, achieve school-running success, accumulate professional reputation and earn professional rewards. An excellent principal begins his occupation as a qualified school runner. Making himself famous means a principal entering a crucial stage of his professional career. A principal who has been made a great success in schooling is then rewarded as an excellent principal. An excellent principal is motivated by internal force. Personal traits play an important role in his professional growth. Adaptive circumstance can facilitate principal's professional development. The systematic analysis of the growth mechanism of principal educator is helpful to reveal the great value and potential power of the continuous professionalization of school administrators in the promotion of educational development and administrators' self development.
