摘要
在我国高校创新型科研团队的建设过程中,由于制度设计理念僵化和相关制度安排的缺失,导致创新型科研团队带头人学术生存样态不佳,从而影响了团队创新功能的有效释放。基于此,创新型科研团队在未来的建设中要根据不同类型团队的组织特性,通过建立同行评议的带头人遴选制度完善团队外部管理制度和内部管理制度等措施,进一步优化团队带头人的学术生存样态。
In the process' of building innovative team in universities in China, the rigidity ideas of system design and the lack of arrangements related to the system have led to the poor academic state of the leaders of innovative research team, which has affected the effective development of innovative ability of the team. Therefore, in the construction of innovative research team in the future, we should establish the peer selection system of team leaders, improve the internal and external management system, and make further optimization on the state of team leaders academic ecology according to the organizational characteristics of different types.
