摘要
本文从目前我国高校科研创新团队发展现状及存在的问题入手,分析了创新团队建设所面临的问题,并从注重学科交叉融合和集成发展、加强团队人才队伍建设、建立健全科学、合理的绩效考评体系和激励机制、加强团队内外部制度建设、加强团队文化建设等几个方面提出了加强高校科研创新团队建设及管理对策。
This paper starts from research and innovation teams in the current situation ot scientific China's colleges and universities. After analyzing the difficulties in the building of innovation teams, this paper presents some countermeasure and suggestion on how to build and manage innovation teams in colleges and universities from the following aspects: integration of different disciplines, strengthening talent team building, optimizing performance appraisal system and excitation mechanism, institution improvement and team cultural construction.
