摘要
提出了1种5号碱性电池壳整体镀镍的新工艺。首先,采用化学镀镍;其次,进行滚镀亮镍。使壳体内外获得了光亮、细致、均匀、韧性、附着力、耐蚀性好的镀层。
In this paper,a new process for nickel-plating on the shell of 'AA' size alkaline battery was suggested. At the first electroless nickel and then electroplating bright nickel in the tumbler bath was proceeded. A bright .well-distributed, fine, tenacious, corrosion-resisting deposit was gained on the inside and outside of battery shell.
