摘要
通过实验手段,在粗化、化学镀铜以及电沉积铜的过程中,添加少量的稀土来改善溶液的状态,提高溶液的分散性和深镀能力,从而获得较高空隙率的泡沫铜。
In the process of coaring,chemicalplating Cu and electroplating Cu,little of RE was added to improve the solution state and increase the disperse of solution and the ability of deposited depth,by this,foamy copper can be got.
