苦瓜皂苷高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究 被引量:3

摘要 建立苦瓜皂苷类成分的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)指纹图谱。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统,对不同产地苦瓜中皂苷进行HPLC分析,流动相:乙腈和水梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL/min;色谱柱:ZorbaxSB-C18柱(150×4.6mm,5μm);柱温:25℃;检测波长:209nm;进样量:20μL;分析时间:65min。确定8个共有峰作为苦瓜皂苷的特征指纹峰;不同产地苦瓜皂苷指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱(R)的相似度均大于0.85。该方法建立的苦瓜皂苷HPLC指纹图谱,为苦瓜鉴别和品质评价、质量控制、制定质量标准提供参考。 To establish an HPLC fingerprint analysis method for identification of saponins from Momordica charantia L.The HPLC fingerprint of saponins from Momordica charantia L.In different places had been researched using the assessment system of fingerprint similarity analysis of Chinese traditional medicine,mobile phase: water-acetonitrile gradient elution;flow rate:1.0 mL/min;chromatographic column: zorbax SB-C18(150× 4.6 mm,5 μm);column temperature: 25 ℃;wavelength: 209 nm;inject volume: 20 μL;analyzed time: 65 min.8 peaks were identified as the characteristic peaks of saponins from Momordica charantia L..The similarity of the fingerprint of saponins from Momordica charantia L in different places was more than 0.85 compared with the standard control.The fingerprint of saponins from Momordica charantia L.established by this method,can be used in identification,quality assessment,quality control and making quality standard of Momordica charantia L..
