离子液体超声辅助萃取-气相色谱法用于红薯挥发油指纹图谱的研究

摘要 利用离子液体[EMIM]Br作为萃取剂,超声辅助提取红薯中的挥发油.通过正交设计试验,优化了离子液体的浓度、体积和超声时间等条件.在优化的实验条件下,对不同产地红薯的提取液进行气相色谱分析,采用《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》2004A版评价不同产地红薯气相色谱指纹谱图的相似度,结果令人满意.本方法绿色环保,简便快速,对于天然产物挥发油的鉴定和质量控制有一定的参考价值. The volatile oil of sweet potato was extracted by ionic liquid [ EMIM] Br through ultrasonic .Orthogonal experiment was made to optimize the extraction conditions such as ionic liquid concentration , volume and ultrasonic time.The peak number was used as evaluation index .Under the optimized conditions , sweet potato extracts from different origins were analyzed by gas chromatography .The gas chromatography fingerprint peaks were assessed by Similarity Evaluation System for Chromatographic Fingerprint of Traditional Chinese Medicine ( Version 2004A). The similarity results were satisfactory .This method is simple , rapid, and a green environmental protection method . The research provides a novel approach for identification and quality control of natural product .
