摘要
利用绿僵菌孢子悬浮液分别与2种化学农药混用进行防治东北大黑鳃金龟幼虫的实验,结果表明:绿僵菌(含孢量为1.0×10^8个/mL)与50%辛硫磷乳油(1:10000)、米乐尔颗粒剂(正常用量的1/10)混用具有明显的增效作用,其中LT50单用绿僵菌(含孢量为1.0×10^8个/mL)分别提前了3.5d和2.9d,在18d时,2种方法的防治效果分别比单用绿僵菌提高了21.43%、14.29%.
In this article,the Suspension culture solution of Metarhizium anisopliae mixed with two pesticids respectively against stadium larvae of Holotrlchia diornphalia was used.The result showed that if was obvious of the synergism against Holotrichia diomphalia when Metarhizium anisopliae(concentration of 1.0×10^8 sporses·mL^-1)mixed with 50;Phoximemulsifiable concentrate(1:10000),or Isazophos(Regular amounts 1/10),LT503.5 and 2.9 days respectively earlier and the control result of two methods were 21.43M and 14.29;higher than that of using fungal insecticide of M.anisopliae alone.
