油茶内生拮抗细菌Y13菌剂研制 被引量:11

摘要 以1株能在油茶植株体内内生定殖、对油茶炭疽病防病效果好的枯草芽孢杆菌Y13为研究对象,研制该生防菌的水剂及可湿性粉剂,测定其在林间对油茶炭疽病的防病效果。结果表明:水剂存放6个月Y13存活率达72.7%;可湿性粉剂通过6种载体的货架期比较,筛选得到4种良好载体,分别是锯木屑、高岭土、碳酸钙和硅藻土,4种载体的菌剂存放6个月Y13存活率为50%以上。Y13菌剂在林间应用,防治油茶炭疽病效果较好,防效达70%以上,与对照药剂百菌清的防治效果相当。 Bacillus subtilis strain Y13 was studied,which was proved to be colonized inside of Camellia oleifera plant and had good effect of preventing Camellia oleifera anthracnose.The results indicate that with water agent,the existent rate of Bacillus subtilis Y13 was 72.7% after six months;and through comparison of WP mixed ligand six kinds of accessory ingredients in the shelf life test,four kinds of accessory ingredients were screened from the six ingredients(they are sawdust,kaoline,calcium carbonate and kieselguhr),and the Y13 survival rate was over 50% after the inocula of the four carriers(accessory ingredients) were stored six months;the Y13 inoculum was applied to Camellia oleifera forest,and its controlling efficiency to Camellia oleifera anthracnose reached 70% and had the same effect as that of chlorothalonil(as a kind of control medicament).
