摘要
测定了自然光周期(对照组,白天平均76 lx、晚上0 lx)、全光照(940 lx)和全避光(0 lx)三种光照周期下养殖70 d的中华鲟幼鱼生长指标(体重、全长、体长)及血液生化指标。结果显示,3种光照周期下的中华鲟幼鱼的生长无显著性差异。全避光组中华鲟幼鱼血液中总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)含量最低,与对照组有显著性差异,与全光照组无显著性差异;甘油三酯(TRIG)、肌酐(CREA)和谷草转氨酶(AST)含量最高,TRIG与对照组有显著性差异,与全光照组无显著性差异,CREA与全光照组和对照组均有显著性差异,AST均无显著性差异。全光照组中华鲟血液中血清总胆固醇(TC)、总胆红素(T-BIL)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)含量最低,但与全避光组和对照组均无显著性差异;葡萄糖(GLU)、尿素氮(BUN)含量最高,与全避光组和对照组均有显著性差异。对照组的乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)含量最高,LDH与全光照组和全避光组均无显著性差异,ALP与全光照组和全黑暗组均有显著性差异。三种光照周期下的无机离子含量除Mg2+外,Na+、K+、Cl-、Ca2+、P3+都没有显著性差异。
The effects of natural light ( day illumination is at 76 lx and night 0 Ix), all-light (940 lx) and all- dark (0 lx ) on the growth and blood biochemistry of juvenile Chinese sturgeon, Acipenser sinensis were studied. The results showed that illumination did not significantly influence growth. The values of total protein (TP), albumin (ALB) and globulin (GLB) of all-dark group were the lowest and dramatically lower than those of the control group, while the content of triglycerides (TRIG), ereatinine (CREA) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were the highest. The TRIG of the all-dark group was notably different from the control group and the CREA was obviously different from those of the control group and all-light group, but AST of the three groups were not significantly different. The total cholesterol (TC), total bilirubin (T-BIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in the all-light group were at the lowest level and the glucose (GLU), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were the highest. There was no significant difference among the three groups in values of TC, T-BIL, ALT and AST, but significant differences were observed in values of GLU and BUN. The control group had the highest content of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP). LDH of the three groups had no significant difference while ALP of the control group was significantly different from those of the all-dark group and the all-light group. Among all groups, there was no significant difference in values of inorganic ion content ( Na + , K + , Cl-, Ca2 + , p3 + ) except Mg2 +.
