摘要
作者观测了全长6.6~177.6 mm的鲤、鲢、鳙、草鱼苗和鱼种的饥饿致死时间及饥饿死亡时皮肤和肠的组织学及亚微结构变化。在水温18.0~23.0℃时,这几种鱼苗50%饥饿致死时间为7.3~12.0d,耐饥饿力由强至弱依次为:鲤(10.4~12.0d)>鳙(9.6 d)>草鱼(8.8 d)>鲢(7.3d)。夏花至春片鱼种的50%饥饿致死时间为15~271d。水温与鱼的饥饿致死时间呈负相关。饥饿致死的鲤苗皮肤破裂,指纹状细胞界限不清,排列散乱,粘液细胞小,神经丘萎缩;鲢、鳙鱼苗肠粘膜细胞核和细胞器或肿胀或萎缩或溃解。
Lethal time of starved common carp ( Cyprinus carpio ), silver carp ( Hypophthalmichthys molitrix ), bighead carp ( Aristichthys nobilis ) and grass carp ( Ctenopharyngodon idella ) fry and fingerlings was determined and histological and ultra-structural changes of their skins and digestive tracts were observed when these animals were starved to death. At 18. 0-23. 0 C , lethal time by stravation was 7. 3-12. 0 days for the fry and 15-271 days for the fingerlings. For the fry, the ability of resistance to starvation was ranged in order from strong to weak as follows; common carp (10. 4-12. 0 d) >big-head carp (9. 6 d) >grass carp (8.8 d) >silver carp (7.3d). The lethal starvation time was inversely proportional to water temperature. At a water temperature of above 23. 0℃. the ability of resistance to starvation was stronger in grass carp fry than in common carp fry. As the fishes grew, they were more resistant to starvation. However, the ability of resistant to starvation was less for the fishes just after wintering than the healthy fishes.The skin of the dead common carp larvae caused by starvation became disrupted, and had unclear boundary fingerprint cells with fluffy arrangement, and less mucous cells. The nuclei and organelles in the cells of mucous layer were swollen or disrupted or shrunk.
