根据吩噻嗪类药物在硫酸溶液中可被偏矾酸铵氧化，生成红色产物的原理。
A spectrophotometric determination of promethazine hydrochloride injection and fluphenazine hydrochloride tablets, in a flow injection analysis is based on the color reaction of phenolthiazine pharmaceuticals with ammonium metavanadate. The linear range was 0￣125 μg/ml, and the coefficient of variation was no more than 0.4%.
