摘要
氯丙嗪的流动注射光化学反应在一编结反应器中进行,该反应器盘绕在一荧光灯上并接受由该灯发出的最大幅射波长为365nm的紫外线照射。用253.0nm的激发波长和374.5 nm的荧光波长在线测定光化学反应产物的荧光强度。在最佳条件下,检测限(3σ)为5.4μg/L,采样速率为90次/h,1mg/L的分析物11次测定的相对标准偏差为0.5%,动态线性范围为0.01~6.00mg/L。所建立的方法已成功地用于片剂和针剂中盐酸氯丙嗪含量的测定。
Flow injection-photochemical reaction of chlorpromazine was carried out in a knot- ted reactor that was coiled around a fluorescent lamp and irradiated by its UV light with the emission maximum at 365 nm. The fluorescence of the photochemical reaction product was on-line measured at the excitation wavelength of 253 nm and the emission wavelength of 374. 5 nm. Under the optimized condition,a detection limit (3σ) of 5. 4 μg/mL was achieved at a sample throughput rate of 90/h,and a relative standard deviation of 0. 5% obtained at the analyte concentration of 1 mg/L (n= 11). Linear dynamic range was 0. 01 -6. 00 μg/L. The proposed mothed has been successfully appllied to the determination of chlorpromazine hy- drochloride contents in tablets and injections.
